Contreras was then sent off for the challenge, but made an apologetic gesture to Sivelli as he left the pitch.
As Contreras collapses on top of his opponent, he pulls his head back and appears to scream dramatically.
Referee Jorge Barrino was not deceived and immediately drew the red card.
Arsenal Sarandi were down to 10 men in just 35 minutes, but managed to turn the game around and win the first match of the Argentinean Primera División of the season.
