Eminem fans have flocked to social media in awe over two videos of Eminem performing the same song nine years apart.

Over the course of a week or even a day, I often feel like my brain has slowed down significantly. Imagine the decline that can occur in nine years.

But Eminem (formally known as Marshall Bruce Mathers III) is known as a rap god not for a reason.

The ‘The Real Slim Shady’ rapper was spotted performing the same song, even though he previously said he might stop releasing music when he turns 50. One clip clearly proves that age doesn’t affect the rapper’s ability to perform, and that even though he’s nine years away, he’s still going strong. that.

WARNING: This is rap and Eminem, so expect some swearing.

A clip shared by the TikTok account @eminemispro shows Eminem performing his 2013 rap “Rap God,” spitting out 157 syllables (9.6 syllables per second) in just 16.3 seconds, or 1,560 words in 6 minutes and 4 seconds. is projected.

In 2016, the song set a Guinness World Record for “Most Words in a Hit Single” and ranked second on Brian Clark’s “20 Hardest Songs to Rap”.

The first clip shared on social media was of Eminem performing at age 40 in 2013, while the second video was recorded in 2022 when Eminem was 49.

Both of Eminem’s rap expressions are a perfect match, and despite being nearly a decade older at the time, Eminem didn’t miss a single beat in the 2022 video.

The post was flooded with fans praising Eminem’s rapping.

One user said, “He really is a rap god!”

“Can’t hear that fast. How can he not dislocate his tongue? No one will ever surpass him,” added the second.

The third commented, “Has it been 10 years since then?”

Some argue that Eminem is actually even better in the 2022 clip.

One user wrote, “He’s much better in the 2022 version! Even better with age.”

Another commented, “I feel like he’s gotten better with age, but I still loved him from the beginning.”

And what it finally settled on was, “Singers lose their range over time. Rappers never lose their flow. Obviously. You can’t stop the best.”

“Rap God” also wasn’t Eminem’s fastest performance. According to Genius, his 2020 single “Godzilla” surpassed his record, with the rapper cramming in a whopping 224 words (equivalent to 330 syllables total). Only 31 seconds (10.65 syllables per second or 7.23 words per second).
