Following his album with Musiq Soulchild, Hit-Boy has released his surprise album. surf or draw It will drop next week.
He unveiled the cover art and tracklist for the 11-song set featuring his frequent collaborators including Nas, Curren$y, Dom Kennedy and James Fauntleroy. He teamed up with his Alchemist on the previously released “Slipping Into Darkness,” calling on his fellow producers.
“There’s a different vibe there that feels like people are rocking together. It’s not all… soul chop and shit, it’s kind of modern sound, it’s all, it comes in.” It’s the world,” he told Elliott Wilson during a chat on the Twitter space by Hip-Hop and More.
Just last week, the prolific producer announced a collaborative album with Musiq Soulchild. victim and villain.
