A mother faces a thousand and one obstacles in this unconventional New York movie. Teyana Taylor plays a mother trying to build a house for her son in this Sundance-winning film that’s more amazing than it looks.
“Pretty Baby” chronicles the career of Brooke Shields and the objectification of young girls. Shields has had a long career as a model and as an actor in Broadway films and television. In her new two-part documentary on Hulu, she focuses on her childhood role and the toxic culture that perpetuates misogyny.
