Latto may have a lot going on, but she’s doing her best to assure her fans that no liars were involved in revealing her arrest at Los Angeles International Airport. The “Lottery” rapper has several collaborations and several guest verse appearances, including an appearance on the late Gangsta Boo’s posthumous album. However, Chicago Drill’s rapper Mello Buckzz’s song “Boom, Pt. 2” is making headlines on social media.
A behind-the-scenes clip of the video shot for the song was shared online last week. In the clip, Latto hangs everything (literally) as he twists towards the camera. Now that the video is officially out on all visual platforms, trolls took to Twitter to call out Latto for some of the lyrics in her verse.
The lines in question are “B*tches p*ssy ain’t take nun” and “I got locked up in da airport/God dam forget da gun.”
When asked to provide context for the line, Rat shared: [bag]. locked [up] To make sure her travel plans had gone awry, she said, “I booked a $75,000 jet for my show in Alabama and it still arrived on time!”
Concludes with “There is no upper limit to my lap TUH.”
