Thousands of country music fans were greeted by triple-digit enthusiasm at Indio’s Empire Polo Club to attend the Stagecoach Country Music Festival, dubbed “Country Music’s Biggest Party.”
Following Coachella, this year’s three-day festival runs from Friday, April 28 to Sunday, April 30, and features more than 60 artists, including country music heavyweights such as Luke Bryan. Kane Brown and Chris Stapleton.
The Compton Cowboys are returning for the first time in two years as special guests to share their stories and experiences with festival goers. And Nelly is scheduled to appear on Saturday night.
Allen J. Chaven, a staff photographer for the Los Angeles Times, has been photographing Stagecoach since the second festival in 2008, and this weekend he and his son, Evan Chaven, are taking us through the cowboy hat-studded landscape. I will give it to you.
