It’s the eve of the mayoral election, and the children of Hamelin are in a bad mood. The mayor and local pie factory owner have imposed a music ban, and to make matters worse, there is a serious rat problem. But rumors whisper in the streets of a mysterious mousetrap…he sometimes blows a pipe, sometimes plays a microphone. Can this curious stranger help Hamelin find the voice again?
