Nicki Minaj’s Sister Responds After Rapper’s Alleged Shots At Her

Surprisingly, Nicki Minaj seems to be stirring up some family drama as of late. People are speculating that her recent social media rant may have been directed at her sister, Ming Luanli. For those unaware, Ming has apparently given multiple interviews recently about her relationship with the rapper, especially as she is trying to embark on her own music career. However, given what Minaj said in the audio clip below, some are speculating that she is not happy with the way her sister has spoken about her or referenced her in her own success. Of course, this is all pretty vague and too personal for the media to make proper judgments, but it seems like an overall messy situation.

“Why do people talk about people they love?” Nicki Minaj's comments, which were apparently directed at her sister Ming Luangli, began, “Why would people talk publicly about someone who is private, why would they do that, why would they do that? If someone wanted to interview you, who would they talk about in the interview? About yourself, right?”

Nicki Minaj slams her sister

“It's always a bad sign when someone who has nothing to do with your job, who's never been successful at your job, is interviewing people who are,” Nicki Minaj continued. “Hmm… I think people think talent is something you catch, like the flu. Or maybe it's something you pass on through your genes. You may be related, but what God gives you is yours. You have to earn it. Whatever you're good at, you have to find it yourself. Being a sycophant or a flatterer is not in my DNA.”

Ming Ruanli's response

Meanwhile, Ming Luanli actually responded to Nicki Minaj's comments about whether the Trinidadian MC was targeting her sister. We in Miami The podcast featured Minaj's rant and was one of the platforms LuHenri has used to speak out about her sister. “I still love my sister and as a sister I try to please her but I realized I have to please God first because only God can judge the gifts that He has given me,” she said.
