Less than a week away from Summer Soulstice, taking place on the stages, streets and sidewalks of the East Side on Saturday, June 17th, the music festival still has some great local talent added to its line-up, today Milwaukee rapper NilexNile announced it will perform in a one-day block. Party.
In the wake of South by Southwest’s performance and new album Nostalgia Everclear, released earlier this year, Nile Luxnile will be on the Kenilworth stage at Summer Soulstis on Saturday at 9:30pm. Appearing, rounding out a stellar local line-up including Bug Moment, Robot Witch and Lake. Drive, Spider Creek, Rx Drugs, Mark Waldock & The Hallelujah Ward.
And that’s just the music slated for one of four stages coming to the East Side this Saturday, Wave Chapel, Holly Pinto, Wire & Nail, Fellow Kinsman, Tygara, Strangelander and Collections of the Colony of Bee, a lot of DJs come to Kuroneko Yokocho and attract attention. Plus, there’s off-stage excitement, with arts and crafts of all kinds, stalls, food, drink, and activities spread across the block from noon to midnight.
