12:30 p.m. Saturday. Smile Hill Farm, 781 County Road, Westbrook, $22. ashleyflowersyoga.com
March is a brutal month in Maine, but here’s how to put a smile on your face while doing some recovery stretches. Local instructor Ashley Flowers leads goat yoga sessions at Smiling Hill Farm. She highly recommends cuddling the mama goats and their babies in a large outdoor enclosure (outdoor structure in case of inclement weather). You can enjoy taking selfies with animals, and classes are for beginners, so everyone is welcome. Even if you can’t attend on Saturdays, there are plenty of opportunities as classes are held all year round.
