1. Hi, how are you today?
-Feeling like a mogul

2. Where are you from?
-Des Moines, IA

3. When did you start making music – and what or who were your early influences?
-I started making music in about 2015. I started really getting into it about 2020 in the pandemic.

My early influences was 2Pac, 50 cent, K-Dot, J.Cole and Wayne. Of course, The Game.

4. What skills do you think artists need to be successful?
-I think not necessarily a skill but they definitely gotta have the passion for it. You know to actually be motivated and want to be successful in this shit. Gotta actually want it.

5. How do you stay up to date with the latest music trends?
-keeping my ear to the youth. I might not always listen to what they listen to, but im doing my best to stay up. I got little nieces and nephews too who help me stay hip to all that. Lil cousins, all that. I’m the latest music trend so keeping it up with myself.

6. When performing, what techniques do you use to engage the audience?
-I be using a lot of props. Doing whatever I can to keep the crowd hype and engaged with me. I like to give ladies their flowers during my performance.

7. What would you say is the most rewarding part of being an artist?
-I would say just the grind and being able to see all the hard work put into it. Especially when you throw your own events, you’re performing, and you get to overlook and see the grind of how it all plays out. It’s exciting cause you just never know what can happen. It’s a rush.

8. How does your content online make you stand out as an artist
-I need to get more into content. I feel like my content is pretty original. Imma work on getting outta my box too. I don’t normally venture outside of there but imma do my best to start doing that.

9. What makes you different from other artists?
-I’m my own artist. I got my own style. I tie the Midwest, the east, the south, and the west coast all together. I don’t really sound like nobody, I just sound like myself. I’m unique. I got an original flow type shit.

10. Last question, when not making music, where can we find you?
-at the studio or working on something else. Working on the next collab or you know figuring out the next play.
