According to CNN, the former president has submitted tapes of interviews with media and book authors to the special counsel investigating him.

Special Counsel Jack Smith is conducting two investigations into President Trump, one related to mishandling classified documents while in office and another related to Trump’s role in the Jan. 6 riots. It is a thing.

Earlier this month, President Trump was indicted on 37 felony counts related to an investigation into classified documents, and a Jan. 6 investigation is ongoing.

The interview tape given to Smith dealt with Trump’s relationship with General Mark Milley, the report said. Millie was chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
