The WABE MixTape Block Party returns to Atlanta on Sunday, June 25th, sponsored by the United Way of Greater Atlanta.
WABE is partnering with NPR’s Tiny Desk Contes and Cook’s Warehouse to host a free event. The music festival will be held from 2-8pm at Callaway Plaza at the Woodruff Arts Center in Midtown.
Emmy-nominated author, poet and playwright John Goode of The Moth StorySLAM will host the event.
The day’s musical line-up includes 2023 NPR’s Tiny Desk Contest winner Little Moon, as well as performances by independent musicians from Atlanta.

The 2023 line-up selection committee for the WABE MixTape Block Party included some of Atlanta’s most notable musical names, including WABE 90.1 FM.city lightsHost Lois Reitzes, WCLK’s Jamal Ahmad, and Emory University hip-hop composition and branding professor DJ Rasta Roots.
The WABE MixTape Block Party will also offer local food, stalls and the chance to meet WABE personalities.
