ATLANTA — Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta star Ariane Davis was arrested Monday morning following a brawl inside a New York City hotel. The New York Post reported.
The paper said Davis had gotten into an argument with another woman in Moxy Times Square just before 5 a.m. and lawyers deemed the incident a domestic dispute.
The woman suffered a scratch on her neck and a cut on her hand, but refused on-site treatment, the newspaper said.
Davis was subsequently taken into custody and later charged with attempted assault and harassment. said the Post.
Prosecutor Stephane Millan told the paper, “The socialite made a statement of his guilt to officers who arrived at the scene, who said they ‘observed scratches on the victim’s neck.’ ‘ said.

Milan also said Davis and the victim were in a relationship and lived together.
“I spoke with the victim and she said she didn’t want a full temporary protection order and she wasn’t afraid for her safety,” Milan told the Post. . “However, given the relationship with the parties and the fact that the defendant has already confessed to hitting the accused victim and did hit the accused victim, the public is seeking a full temporary protection order. .”
Davis attorney Eric Saunders told the post He said he believes the charges in the case will be cleared soon.
